Bathroom Reveal

We designed a custom vanity with space for two sinks, ideal for a shared space.  The bottom shelves have room for extra towels and keeps the unit from looking too visually heavy. The  solid surface counter is a few inches thicker then standard, a small detail that gives it a contemporary feel.  And can we talk about the hardware? Simple and modern but the aged brass finish just pops against the bright white.

The art on the wall is a beautiful abstract piece from a local artist, Mary Zeran. It adds color and pattern to a mostly white space and  provides an easy way to pull accent colors into the room with towels and accessories.  It’s also coated in a clear acrylic which makes it practical for a damp space!

The tub is wrapped in subway tile and the the grey grout helps the pattern stand out.  We were able to keep the original tub and just added glass doors to make the room feel more open and bright! The addition of a niche in the wall gives you handy spot for toiletries. it’s amazing what new finishes can do for a space!

Penny tile is so timeless and classic! It’s easy to clean and is great in a bathroom as all the exposed grout makes it slip resistant. Pretty and practical!

We hope you enjoyed this reveal! Keep an eye out for a post coming with tips for mixing metals and a few ideas for styling small spaces! Thanks to Elena from Dust Studios for the photography!
